The positions of hands also called ”mudras”
 have had a very important role in the practice of yoga,
 that is the reason they are also known as “the producers of joy.”
This practice is explained by the huge amount of nerve
 endings containing our fingers
 so when they’re pressed in a specific way, they help us connect channels that allow energy
 circulating through the body.
